I specialize in executive coaching (from manager to CEO), leadership development and training including needs assessment, performance management and assessment individual, 360, peer to peer, manager to employee, facilitation (team building, department meetings and on-site and off-site retreats). Everything is uniquely customized to exactly meet the client’s need.

Executive Coaching & Performance Management

We provide coaching for managers up to CEO’s. A coaching engagement generally spans from 3 months up to 12 months and beyond, but not forever because there comes the time when an individual is ready to soar! Whether on-site, over the phone, walking on the beach or on the trail, I am a trusted advisor and confidential partner.

Coaching is all about development, but it ties directly to performance. Coaching includes discovery, assessment, 360 feedback, action planning, follow up and goal achievement. Coaching is an investment, not an expense. The investment pays off by creating highly motivated, productive leaders, whose results show up throughout the organization.

Leadership Development & Training

Every organization is unique, and their training and development needs are no different. We bring stories and examples from a variety of different industries, but want to know as much as possible about your organization, so leadership development can be tailored to your current and future leaders. Our training is highly interactive, engaging and challenges all participants to think deeply. It provides great takeaways and adds to the leadership tool kits of all participants. Groups range in size from 5 – 35 and are customized to ensure that the curriculum exactly meets the client’s need.


Whether it is a small group or a large group, team meeting or an organization’s retreat, utilizing facilitation skills that engage, provide challenge and create energy in any setting is key. Whether it is one hour or two days, we create a program that absolutely fits with what the organization is seeking. We bring a neutral perspective that brings a group to where they need to be…. even if the road is unpaved.
