It’s a Wrap

Well, I wrapped up a coaching engagement this past week.  What a blessing it has been to work with these individuals.  I always hope that I am able to impart wisdom and guidance during someone’s coaching journey and this one was extra special.   Proud of the work they put into learning about their individual strengths, but prouder of how they came together as a unit to be “stronger than we thought we would be, a united front, so much better together.”

I received a beautiful gift from them along with a card that I will treasure forever.  For in that card were these words: “Thank you for everything; we are better because of our experience with you.”  Thank you for your endless encouragement.” “We couldn’t have gotten here without you.”
