Today I was privileged

I was privileged to spend the day today with a client.  The privilege is that I got to see the behind the scenes of an awesome company, how the employees work together, how they provide amazing service, how they value quality and cleanliness, how they make their product with the utmost care and how everyone (yes, everyone) did all of those things full of gratitude and with a smile.

I am fulfilled every day in the work I do, and today was no different.   I always want the client to feel special.  Today, the client made me feel special!

Today happened because of the trust in the relationship with the client (which I don’t take for granted), and because of the value that the client believed I would gain (which was incredible).  It also happened to be a great reminder for me to continue to learn, through different kinds of opportunities, so that I can help to grow and develop leaders within the company to be their very best.

My “Why” is so clear and today was a gift for which I am grateful.
